This is an hour long call to go over all your settings and information in Phorest to ensure you are happy with the information that has come across and that the system is ready to go live.
You will need to be in front of a PC for this call so we can go over your system together

Your welcome call to Phorest. We will explain the onboarding process with you and book in your HouseKeeping & Go Live training times. On this call we will also log in to your PC to extract the data from your current software provider and run Software & Hardware Checks to start getting you ready to go live with Phorest

Bespoke training is designed with you in mind and will take care of any areas that you wish to learn more about. These training sessions are very specific and are designed to cater towards you.

Go-Live training is our get started module for anyone who has never used Phorest before. This training session is for all staff members and will demonstrate the basic everyday functionality of Phorest.
All core areas of the system will be covered ensuring your staff are comfortable with adding a new client. Booking, editing and paying through appointments. Selling products and gift cards. Taking deposits, performing refunds. Cashing up and daily close.

Product & Inventory training is for any staff member that oversees stock within the salon. This training session will ensure you keep your product waste to a minimum and avoid any loss of sales by showing you how to manage stock within Phorest efficiently. In this training, you can expect to learn correct cost management, efficient ordering, product security and where to report on Product Usage, Product Usage Details & Retail Category Performance.

Essential Management will introduce the Manager section to Salon Owners, Managers, Front of House or anyone involved in managing your salon staff and business. Some functions you will cover in this module include adding and editing staff profiles and their qualifications. Setting staff rosters, the appointment calendar and online booking settings. Assigning staff categories, pins, access levels and commission structures. Monitoring staff and finance reports.

This module is only for salons that have Consultation Forms enabled in their Phorest Salon Software. To check this, go to Manager and Consultation Forms in the top right-hand corner. If this is not enabled, contact a member of GROW before you book this module. This training session will take you through setting up staff access levels, building and publishing your first Consultation Form using Consultation Forms on Phorest Go and reviewing completed forms in the Client Card section.

This module shows you how to utilise some of the most powerful client retention tools in Phorest. You will see how phorest automates essential, but time-consuming communications like appointment reminders and follow-up messages. In marketing, using filters are the best way to get the most back from your text and email campaigns. You will learn how to set up these client filters to send more targeted and relevant campaigns along with how to track your campaign history & performance.

This training will show you how online bookings benefit your salons business by improving your clients' overall booking experience and attracting new customers. Learning outcomes from this training include setting up and controlling your online bookings. Hiding staff & services from the online booking widget. You will learn how to optimise and promote your online booking widget to take bookings through Facebook, your Website and the Salon Branded App. Finally, tracking the progress of online bookings.

TreatCards are nothing like your traditional loyalty system, and after this training, you will understand why. This TreatCard session will get your salon set up with an actual client loyalty scheme that works in no time. Learning outcomes from this module include assigning a TreatCard to customers.
